These terms apply to your use of juandyimpulso.com and to custom cake, decor, and celebration services provided by Juandy Impulso & Eventos ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
This website is informational. It shows examples of our work and explains what we offer. You cannot place an order or make a payment on this site. All orders are arranged directly with us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are agreed with you at the time of booking and are part of your order agreement. Custom work often requires materials to be purchased and preparation to begin in advance, so deposits may be non-refundable once work has started. We will always tell you the terms for your specific order before you commit.
Every cake and decor setup is made by hand. Photos on this site and on our social media show past work and are meant to give you an idea of style and quality. Because each piece is handmade and ingredients, flowers, balloons, and colors vary by batch and supplier, your finished item may differ slightly in shade, texture, or detail from a reference photo. We will always work toward the design we agreed on with you.
Important allergen notice. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross contact with these allergens. If you or your guests have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before ordering so we can discuss whether we can safely accommodate it. You are responsible for informing your guests about ingredients and possible allergens.
Once an order has been delivered or picked up, proper storage, refrigeration, and serving are your responsibility. We will provide storage guidance for your item on request.
We serve the Denver and Aurora, Colorado area. Delivery and setup availability and fees depend on location, date, and the size of the order, and are confirmed with your quote. If you choose pickup or arrange your own transport, responsibility for the item passes to you at that point. Cakes and balloon work are fragile and can be damaged by heat, movement, or improper handling.
We may photograph our own work for our portfolio, website, and social media. These photos focus on the cake, decor, or setup. If you would prefer that we not share images from your order, just tell us and we will honor that.
The text, photos, designs, and logos on this site belong to Juandy Impulso & Eventos or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but content may occasionally be out of date or contain errors. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Please confirm details with us directly before relying on them.
This site links to outside platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Denver or Arapahoe County, Colorado.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. The terms in effect when your order is confirmed are the ones that apply to that order.
